Providing excellent customer service to my clients has consistently been my primary goal since I became a real estate broker in 1988. To this day, it continues to be my mission within the real estate industry. I carefully consult with each client to help determine which course of action best suits their needs. I understand that patience is an important quality when working with first-time homebuyers as well with seasoned buyers and sellers across all price ranges. Educating my clients about current market trends and prices is crucial!

“Going the extra mile” is normal for me. As a Listing Broker, I believe in the importance of providing top-quality marketing so that the property will sell quickly and at top value. Among the tools, I use to achieve those results are professional quality photographs (which may include video tours and drone photography, when appropriate) along with vignette staging. In some instances, I may recommend the use of a professional staging company.

I enjoy assisting clients with the many facets of real estate ranging from single-family residential homes, to vacant land, and to commercial properties. To stay in touch with the current market trends and regulations, I am continuously pursuing continuing education classes in both residential and commercial real estate and that knowledge ultimately benefit my clients. Much of that education comes via the memberships I maintain with the Commercial Brokers Association and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
