Chase moved to the Puget Sound in 2012. She grew up around the real estate business and first worked as a real estate assistant for her family when she was 16 before moving on to be a real estate receptionist after graduating from Stadium High School. Chase attended Pierce College Fort Steilacoom and obtained her Associate's Degree.
Since then, she has earned her broker's license in 2017 and managing broker’s license in 2021. Chase started her own transaction coordinating business, Your Agent Allies, assisting other brokers with their listings and sales. She has also grown into the role of Director of Operations at Better Properties UP/Fircrest while still maintaining her own TC business. In 2022 she earned her property and casualty insurance license and in 2023 she earned her mortgage loan originator's license to further expand her ability to assist.
