Brian Keith Mason

Designated Broker | Loan Orignator | Senior Director
Accredited:
NMLS #253828

Brian "Keith" Mason first entered the real estate industry in 1989 in his home state of Minnesota. Beginning in 1989 and continuing until his relocation to the Puget Sound in the summer of 2001, he was mentored in urban restorative development by a legendary minister who essentially moonlighted as Master Carpenter. It was on that instructional journey that he mastered skills in residential acquisition/rehabilitation; new construction (both single-family home and small plat PUD); and the relocation and subsequent rehabilitation of residential structures; along with an introductory exposure to the creative finance tools of real estate developers.

Shortly after relocating to the Puget Sound area, Keith obtained a Real Estate Managing Broker's license via a reciprocity agreement between the states (Washington and Minnesota). Having joined forces with a successful mortgage banker in Tacoma, Keith embarked on the fulfillment of his vision to develop a complimentary expertise in residential mortgage finance.  By late 2002, Keith and his former assistant Jay Yourglich had formed Yourglich/Mason Group of Companies, LLC (dba Combined Home Services).

Several years ago Keith was intrigued by the possibilities of offering superior service to his customer base through an amazing business toolkit being developed. It is his belief that the forward-looking technological and service superiority of Better Properties UP/Fircrest and Keith's long-honed skills in assisting customers in building-out real estate value are a match made in heaven.

Dependability and accessibility are a point of pride for Keith. Whether it's a purchase or a refinance, you are working with a highly skilled professional that strives for great customer service. When you are ready to begin the real estate or mortgage lending process, Keith will be with you every step of the way to make sure that your home and loan closes quickly and smoothly. His favorite part of the job is watching someone get excited to move into their new home. It is gratifying for Keith to know that he played such an integral role in helping them achieve their dream of home ownership.

Keith's team looks forward to assisting you and your family's needs.
